1. Acceptance of Terms
By completing payment through our booking system, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Booking and Payment
To secure your appointment, you must complete the booking via our online system with one of the following options:
- Full Payment (100%): Your booking is confirmed instantly upon receipt.
- Deposit (50%): Pay 50% immediately to secure the date. The remaining amount is due on the day of the session. Your booking is confirmed upon receipt of the deposit; the slot is held pending final payment.
All payments are processed securely through Mollie.
3. Cancellation, Rescheduling, and No-Show Policy
Free Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session at any time without charge. Your payment (deposit or full) is fully transferred to the new date.
Late Cancellation: If you cancel less than 24 hours before the session, a fee of 25% of the total session fee applies. This amount will be deducted from your payment or refund. The remaining balance will be refunded.
No-Show: If you fail to attend without prior notice, a fee of 50% of the total session fee applies. This amount will be deducted from your payment or refund. The remaining balance will be refunded.
Photographer Cancellation: If I must cancel due to illness or emergency, you will receive a full refund immediately or a new date at your convenience.
4. Image Usage and Model Release
Copyright: I retain full copyright and ownership of all images produced during the session.
Client License: Upon full payment of the session fee, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered images for personal and professional purposes (including portfolios, casting submissions, and social media). You may not resell the images, license them to third parties, or use them for commercial advertising without my written permission.
Portfolio and Marketing: By booking a session, you grant me the right to use the resulting images for self-promotion, including my website, social media channels, and portfolios. This includes granting a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free model release to use your likeness in the photographs for these purposes.
Opt-Out: If you do not wish for your images to be used publicly, you must inform me in writing before the session begins. In this case, I will not publish or display your images.
5. Deliverables and Turnaround
Number of Images: You will receive a minimum of 12 professionally edited high-resolution images. Typically, the final selection ranges between 15–25 images.
Image Selection: You select your preferred images from the session. I may also include additional images that I believe strengthen the final set, ensuring the highest quality.
Pricing: The total cost includes all edited images delivered. There are no additional fees for selecting or receiving more images within the typical range.
Delivery Timeline:
- Gallery Access: A link to the online gallery (containing proof images) will be sent within 24 hours after the session.
- Final Delivery: Once the selection is submitted, the final professionally edited images will be delivered within 5 working days. If you have a deadline, let me know, and I will do everything possible to deliver your images on time.
6. Liability
My liability is limited to the total cost of the session. In the event of equipment failure or technical issues beyond my control, I will make every effort to reschedule the session at no additional cost.
